Send a finished assessment to a tenant you control. Business, Scale, or Enterprise plan.
A finished run on a registered system with a locked question bank sends one evaluation event per axis, the aggregate, and one completed event.
That includes Morality, DICE, Virtue, Ethics, and a framework you build after you lock its bank. Operational Excellence has no locked bank, so it is not sent.
Questions, answers, and prompts are not sent. A trace is not sent.
Save stores the connection. It does not send a sample. In test mode, Test sends two labeled samples that stay out of dashboards. After Go live, Test sends a connection check with no scores.
The client is created in Account Management, not inside the environment.
A trial starts at dynatrace.com/try-free. Choose Try with your data. The Playground cannot create an OAuth client. Skip the OneAgent install.
Copy the host from the address bar. Keep only https://{envId}.apps.dynatrace.com. Drop any page path, such as /ui/apps/dynatrace.quickstart/.
Open Account Management. Pick this account if asked. Go to Identity & access management → OAuth clients → Create client.
Grant type: Client credentials. Subject user email: an active user who can manage the account. Permissions: only storage:events:write and storage:metrics:write.
The client id starts with dt0s02. The secret starts with that same client id, then a dot, then a long second part. Paste the whole secret. It is shown once.

Settings → Integrations. The Dynatrace card is on that tab.
Environment URL, Account, Client id, and the whole Client secret. Choose New client to save another. Find a saved client by its client id.

Events already in your Grail stay there, under your retention settings. We cannot delete them. Events and metric points bill on your Dynatrace subscription.
