Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the ComPSI(ψ) AI Ethical Health Check Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Definitions

• "Service": The ComPSI AI Ethical Health Check Platform, including web application, API, SDK, and all related services
• "User," "You," "Your": The individual or entity registered to use the Service
• "Assessment": A single AI ethical evaluation conducted through the platform
• "API Key": Authentication credential provided for programmatic access
• "Subscription": Your selected pricing tier and associated service level
• "Organization": Your company or entity using the Service
• "SDK": Software Development Kit for internal system integration

Eligibility and Account Registration

4.1 Eligibility

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have authority to bind your organization (if applicable)
• Must provide accurate and complete information
• Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for suspicious activity

Service Description

ComPSI provides AI ethical assessment services including:

• Web-based ethical assessment interface
• API/SDK for programmatic assessment integration
• Real-time assessment execution and streaming results
• Secure result storage and retrieval
• Usage tracking and billing management
• Technical support based on subscription tier

5.3 Service Availability

• Target Uptime: 99.9% (excluding scheduled maintenance)
• Scheduled maintenance announced 48 hours in advance
• Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
• Status updates available at status.gidanc.ai

Subscription Plans and Pricing

All plans include secure assessment execution, result storage and retrieval, API/SDK access, email support, and usage dashboard.

6.2 Enterprise Pricing

• Custom volume pricing available for high-volume users
• Assessments can be reduced to under $0.01 each at scale
• Dedicated support and SLA guarantees
• Custom contract terms available

6.3 Overage Charges Explained

Overage charges apply when you exceed your plan's included assessments:

• Charged at the per-assessment rate for your tier
• Monthly caps apply (see Annual Threshold column)
• Once annual threshold reached, no additional charges for that month
• Overages billed at end of billing period

Payment Terms

7.1 Payment Processing

• All payments processed securely through Stripe
• We do not store credit card information
• PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processing
• Automatic recurring billing on subscription date

7.2 Billing Cycle

• Billing begins on subscription start date
• Recurring monthly on same calendar date
• Prorated charges for mid-cycle upgrades
• No refunds for mid-cycle downgrades (credit applied to next cycle)

7.4 Refund Policy

• No refunds on monthly subscription fees
• Unused assessments do not roll over
• Overage charges are non-refundable
• Exception: Technical issues preventing service use (prorated credit)
• Enterprise customers: Per contract terms

Acceptable Use Policy

8.1 Permitted Use

• Assess AI systems you own or have permission to test
• Use assessment results for internal compliance purposes
• Integrate via SDK for automated testing workflows
• Share results within your organization

8.2 Prohibited Use

• ❌ Attempting to reverse engineer the assessment methodology
• ❌ Gaming or manipulating assessment results
• ❌ Excessive API requests to circumvent rate limits
• ❌ Sharing API keys or account credentials
• ❌ Using Service to test illegal or harmful AI applications
• ❌ Assessing third-party AI systems without authorization
• ❌ Reselling assessments or Service access
• ❌ Automated scraping or data harvesting

9.2 Your Property

Data and Privacy

Your data privacy is critical to us. Key points:

• You retain all rights to your assessment data
• We process data only to provide the Service
• Industry-standard security measures and encryption
• Regular security audits and immediate breach notification

API and SDK Terms

11.1 API Access

• Provided via secure API keys (bcrypt-hashed)
• Subject to rate limiting per plan tier
• Must comply with API documentation
• Abuse may result in throttling or suspension

11.3 Webhooks

• Results delivered via HTTPS webhook endpoints
• Must maintain valid webhook endpoint
• Retry policy: 3 attempts with exponential backoff
• Failed webhooks logged for retrieval via API

Service Level and Support

12.2 Support Levels

• Starter/Professional: Email support, 48-hour response
• Business/Scale: Email support, 24-hour response
• Enterprise: Priority support, 4-hour response, phone/Slack access

Termination

14.1 Your Right to Terminate

• Cancel subscription anytime via dashboard
• Effective at end of current billing period
• No refund for remaining period
• Data available for 30-day export period post-cancellation

14.3 Effect of Termination

• Immediate loss of Service access
• API keys deactivated
• Data available for 30-day export period
• Outstanding charges remain due

Disclaimers and Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Third-party claims
