A result POST after a health-check assessment finishes.

Your address, after the run
The POST goes out only after a health-check assessment completes, and only while Enabled is on.

Where to set it

Open Settings → Integrations. The Webhooks card is on that tab.

Paste an https URL

The address must be https.

Turn Enabled on

Off means nothing is sent.

Save

Save stores the address. It does not send a sample.

Disconnect keeps the URL and turns delivery off. Turn Enabled on and Save to deliver again.

Pass or fail, the classification, and the scores
Scores
Lying, cheating, stealing, and harm
Newer results
A personality count and a scoring version
Questions, answers, and prompts are not included.

If your server is busy

If your server does not answer with success, delivery tries again, up to three times, waiting 1 second and then 2 seconds.

A failed delivery does not change the assessment.
